2024 Bus Routes, Helpful Hints, and Reminders

FORT LIGONIER DAYS BUSING
PLEASE NOTE- THE BUS ROUTES HAVE CHANGED THIS YEAR

 

FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE AND HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE BUS
will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The bus will pick up from the parking lot at Ligonier Valley High School on Springer Road and the Laurel Valley Golf Club lots on Route 711 South. Handicapped-equipped shuttle service will also be available.

UPTOWN LOOP SHUTTLE BUS
Service will run 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday and from 9:30 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. On Sunday. Buses will leave the parking lot at Ligonier Valley High School on Springer Road and and drop off at the intersection of West Vincent and North Fairfield Streets.



DOWNTOWN LOOP SHUTTLE BUS
service will run the same hours as the UPTOWN LOOP.
Buses will leave the parking lot at Ligonier Valley High School on Springer Road and drop off on
North Walnut Street. And the buses will leave the stop on North Walnut and drop off at the H.S.

SOUTH 711 LOOP
will leave the parking area at the Laurel Valley Golf Club lots and will drop off
at the corner of Loyalhanna and Market Streets.


NOTE: THE ONLY DEPARTURE POINT FOR THE UPTOWN BUS WILL BE THE PARKING LOT AT LIGONIER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL ON SPRINGER ROAD. IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CATCH THE UPTOWN BUS FROM THE WALNUT STREET STOP.​​​​​​​

Helpful Hints & Reminders

Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Club will be displaying some of their prized antique tractors and farm equipment at the corner of West Main and Walnut Streets
all weekend.

Laurel Mountain Horse & Pony Club will be hosting pony rides at Ligonier Agway(603 West Main Street).

DETOUR ALERT
Festival travelers need to be aware of a change in our detour using N. Walnut St.
• All traffic will have to turn RIGHT onto West Main to exit Ligonier.
• This means eastbound traffic will have to travel on West Main to connect to Rt. 30 East

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DETOUR SIGNS POSTED….
Borough Ordinance 556 prohibits dogs (pets) from being in the Festival Area during festival hours. This makes Fort Ligonier Days is a pet-free environment. Backpacks and open containers are also prohibited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
